Characteristic
The 90mm diameter adsorption platform, constructed with N52-grade neodymium iron boron permanent magnets and a 3mm thick low-carbon steel magnetic base, creates a vertical adsorption force of up to 180kgf, ensuring stability during high-speed driving. The base integrates a SO239/UHF female connector that complies with the MIL-STD-348 standard. Through a triple-plating process (nickel plating on the bottom layer, copper plating on the middle layer, and silver plating on the top layer), the contact resistance is achieved to ≤5mΩ, and the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is maintained below 1.25:1 in the 430-470MHz frequency band.
Core Performance
Achieving a drag coefficient of 0.18cd at 100km/h, it reduces wind noise by 42% compared to traditional designs. A 3mm-thick UV-resistant silicone buffer layer is applied to the bottom of the magnet, protecting the paint while maintaining an IP67 rating and withstanding temperature cycling tests from -40°C to +85°C.
