The main structure is made of precision-cast military-grade 304 stainless steel and undergoes multiple surface treatment processes, including electrolytic polishing and passivation, to ensure a service life of more than 10 years in high salt fog environments such as coastal areas. The innovative ball head universal adjustment mechanism supports ±45° continuous stepless angle adjustment and is equipped with a scale positioning system to accurately calibrate the antenna radiation direction.

The installation utilizes patented magnetic assisted positioning technology, coupled with a reinforced anti-slip tooth clamp, allowing a single person to complete installation in 90 seconds. The maximum load capacity is 2.5 kg. Its aerodynamic shape has been verified by wind tunnel testing, with wind noise increments of ≤2.5 dB at a speed of 120 km/h. All adjustment components utilize self-lubricating bronze bearings, achieving a lifespan of over 20,000 adjustments.
