The system utilizes a 170mm diameter N52-grade NdFeB ring magnetic array. Each magnet is precision-machined into a trapezoidal cross-section by CNC. Combined with an 8mm-thick DT4C electrical pure iron magnetic baseplate, it forms an industrial-grade mounting system with a longitudinal adsorption force of ≥580kgf. The magnet's surface utilizes a three-layer protective coating (nickel plating, copper plating, and epoxy resin) and has passed a 2000-hour neutral salt spray test, making it particularly suitable for long-term use in coastal areas and alpine regions (-50°C to 125°C operating temperatures).
